Bus Wraps RFI
KC2026 is seeking to identify qualified bus wrap vendors with proven expertise in delivering high-volume design, print, and installation of full and partial vehicle wraps to support transportation operations during the FIFA World Cup™ and KC2026 events. This RFI evaluates vendor capabilities to provide secure, reliable, and adaptable end-to-end wrap services, including preparation, production, multi-site scheduling/logistics, and on-site installation across a large fleet. Vendors must also provide quality control, warranty/repair support, de-installation/removal with proper surface restoration, disposal/recycling practices and compliance with applicable venue, safety and sustainability requirements. KC2026 is seeking to identify qualified Custom Fixtures Rental & Fabrication vendors with demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale, multi-space hospitality builds for the KC2026 Fan Festival during the FIFA World Cup™ and KC2026 events. This RFI evaluates vendors’ ability to provide a secure, reliable, scalable end-to-end solution covering delivery/logistics, staging, installation, on-site supervision, quality checks, permitting/inspection support, and strike/removal. Vendors should confirm compliance and readiness, relevant experience, and the resources and capacity to support all sites and schedules, including inventory options to help control costs. KC2026 is seeking to identify qualified heavy equipment rental and support vendors with proven expertise in supplying and servicing a high volume of construction and material-handling equipment to support KC2026 Fan Festival during the FIFA World Cup™ and KC2026 events. This RFI evaluates vendor capabilities to provide secure, reliable, and adaptable end-to-end equipment services, including equipment planning, right-sizing, delivery and pickup logistics across multiple sites, on-site support and maintenance/repairs, fueling as required, operator provision (if applicable) and documentation. Vendors must also support rapid equipment swaps to minimize downtime and provide demobilization/strike, site restoration while complying with applicable venue requirements, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines. This RFI evaluates vendor capabilities to provide secure, resilient and adaptable end-to-end Power & HVAC services, including load planning and system design, site walks and markup, permitting support, equipment supply, multi-site logistics, installation, commissioning/start-up testing, and ongoing operations. Vendors must also provide safe decommissioning, strike/removal, site restoration with compliance for applicable codes, venue requirements, safety standards and sustainability/waste-handling guidelines. KC2026 is seeking to identify qualified traffic control device vendors with demonstrated capability to supply and support temporary traffic and pedestrian management infrastructure during the FIFA World Cup™ and KC2026 events. This RFI evaluates vendors’ ability to deliver an end-to-end traffic control equipment solution, including equipment planning, inventory availability, delivery/staging, installation/placement, on-site support, quality and safety checks, permitting/inspection coordination, and strike/removal. Vendors should confirm compliance and readiness, large-event experience, and the resources to support multiple sites and schedules, including pre-deployment inspections and any other relevant company details. Weapon Detection + Crowd Control RFI
KC2026 is seeking to identify qualified vendors with proven expertise in weapons detection and crowd control technologies for the upcoming FIFA World Cup™ and KC2026 events. This RFI evaluates vendor capabilities in delivering secure, adaptable, and high-performing detection, analytics, and alerting solutions across large festival venues and event footprints. KC2026 is specifically interested in solutions that enable near-real-time detection and situational awareness, including crowd density/flow analytics, zone-based counting, overcrowding thresholds, heatmaps, and abnormal crowd behavior indicators, as well as weapons detection configuration.
