KC2026 is a 501(c) 4 non-profit entity (“KC2026,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms of Use, together with the documents incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of kansascityfwc26.com (the “Website”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
