FIFA World Cup 26™
Kansas City Volunteers
The FIFA World Cup 26™ Volunteer Center – Kansas City is now open at Union Station!*
KC2026 has reached a significant milestone on the road to the FIFA World Cup 26™ with the opening of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Volunteer Center – Kansas City. Located on the 3rd floor of Kansas City’s iconic Union Station, the Center will serve as the home base for training, connections, and community-building with our volunteer support team.
Tryouts will run from November 18 through January 24, 2026. This stage of the volunteer journey gives us the chance to learn more about each candidate’s strengths, passions, and interests—and aligning roles where they can make the greatest impact.
Volunteer roles are diverse, including language services, wayfinding support, airport greeters, team services, media operations, hospitality and more. Volunteers will shine across the region at locations such as the FIFA Fan Festival™ at the National WWI Museum and Memorial, Kansas City Stadium (Arrowhead), and Kansas City International Airport.
*The FIFA World Cup 26 Volunteer Center – Kansas City is open only to FIFA and KC26 staff and volunteer candidates with a scheduled appointment.
