KC GAME PLAN FEEDBACK SURVEY CONTEST
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Eligibility:
To participate, you must be a resident of Missouri or Kansas, at least 21 years of age, and have completed a metro-wide research online survey conducted by Two Circles from a sample of small, local businesses relating to the KC Game Plan (“Survey”) at the time KC Game Plan Feedback Survey Contest (the “Giveaway”) begins. The Giveaway is void outside of Missouri and Kansas, or where prohibited or restricted by law.
This Giveaway is sponsored by KC 2026 (“Sponsor”). All employees, officers, directors and agents and their immediate families or any members of their households, regardless of relationship, of Sponsor or any advertising agency or other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this Giveaway are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway or to win any prizes.
Any Giveaway entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified. By participating in this Giveaway, you accept and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final on all matters, you certify that you meet all eligibility requirement, and you agree to allow Sponsor to use your information for advertising, marketing, and other purposes without additional compensation as permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Giveaway in any way at any time, subject to state or federal law.
Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on May 26, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. CDT and ends on June 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CDT (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
How To Enter:
Upon completion of the Survey, you will be invited to follow a series of prompts to provide their name and contact information, including name, address, email address, and telephone number, to enter the Giveaway. Participants will receive an abbreviated copy of the Official Rules as well as a link to a complete copy of these Official Rules. All entries must be received and recorded by Sponsor during the Giveaway Period, to be eligible. There is a limit of one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be rejected.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, unsent, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the transmittal of any entry or the processing of any function on the participant’s computer system. You must notify Sponsor of any changed contact information within the Giveaway Period to remain eligible to win based on entry information. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; to be acting in violation of these rules; or to be acting with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar response methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods.
Prizes and Selection of Winner:
Giveaway participants will enter for a chance to win one (1) of five (5) sets of two (2) FIF Fan Festival Premium Garden tickets (ARV of $110 per set of tickets).
The chances of winning depend on the number of entries received. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of any prize is permitted, except by Sponsor due to prize availability and then with a prize of equal or greater value.
Five (5) winners will be selected to win the prizes in a random drawing on June 8, 2026. Sponsor will notify the potential winners individually by email with a code to redeem tickets. Each winner may be required to satisfactorily complete an affidavit of eligibility showing compliance with these Sweepstakes Rules, and each winner must also sign a liability and publicity release, allowing Sponsor to use his or her information for advertising or other purposes. Failure to complete these forms may result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state or provincial, and local taxes and any expenses associated with any prizes.
Modifications:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this Giveaway should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for any human or technological error that may occur in the processing of the Giveaway nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, or distribution of, or alteration of entries, whether caused by the sender, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway, or otherwise.
Full Release of Liability:
By entering the Giveaway, participants release Sponsor, and each of its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).
Privacy Policy:
By entering, a participant consents to Sponsor using its personal data in conjunction with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and data protection rules (“Privacy Policy”), a link to which is www.kansascityfwc26.com/privacy-policy/. This Privacy Policy is incorporated herein by reference.
